My brother's pending late fee

While rummaging through my parent's basement this past weekend, my son made it into his uncle's storage room. Otherwise known as his bedroom.

Among the cluttered boxes, my son grabbed this. After finding a safe spot to land, I started rolling around in laugher. My son joined me by jumping on my privates.

Why's it so funny? My brother is in India for six months. I can't wait to see the late fee!
