Plagiarizing a honor code on plagiarism

Students at the University of Texas at San Antonio setout to create an honor code on plagiarism. While I have not read the honor code, I'm sure it says something like "we the student body of the University of Texas at San Antonio vow to not plagiarize copy write protected content."

As it turns out, the honor code was plagiarized from BYU.

This is another example backing my conclusion that if someone adamantly apposes some moral wrong, chances are they are covering up for acting morally wrong.
